Is there a 5 seater bmw x6 coming out? why is there only 4 seats?

hope they discontinue it. l personally do not like what it looks like and the fact that its a bmw (which l also personally dont care for) does not help me like it any more. l would recommend getting a lexus rx suv and you will be better off

It will stay a 4-seater. This is because BMW has basically crossed an SUV with the 6 series.the X5 and X3 are just the 5 and 3 series on SUV platforms. Since the 6 series is a 4 seater car, the X6 is as well.

l doubt BMW will make a 5 seater. BMW tried to make the X6 a four door coupe suv, sort of like a Mercedes CLS SUV.

The X6 is a special design. Its called a ''four door coupe''. All German auto makers are getting them even volkswagon. The VW is called the passat cc. And no, the car will never be a 5 seater, and l agree, l do not think it will last long on the American Market because who wants a 65 thousand dollar ugly cross over with four doors that seats 4 people.

BMW produced the X6 as a ''Sports Activity Vehicle'' SAV.
It is a cross between a 6 Series Coupe & an X5. It supposedly give u the perfomance of a 650i & the versatility & ruggedness of an X5 combining the best of sports & utility. We had a meeting at BMW North America in Woodcliff Lake NJ & our BMW Club was told this by their US BMW rep. It will not appeal to all, but it definitely has a niche in the market & carries with it BMW reliability with BMW performance. l just wish they had made them in white.
