they have similar price. Both are A/T.

Is BMW very reliable? even after 100km?

Which one do you prefer? any reason?

the 5er will be expensive to keep on the road. BMW parts are not cheap, and they are complicated cars to work on, so expect more labor costs too.

BMW is the ultimate driving machine. NOT the ultimate reliable machine. l have a 2007 328i & up to now i've had the wipers malfunction (relay cable had to be replaced) , stability control malfunction, bluetooth handsfree malfunction, hill assist malfunction, sunroof malfunction, one of the xenon headlights had to be replaced. And right now the locking system does not work DSC & DTC dont work, im still having problems with the handsfree & other small problems. Over 3k in repairs. (the car isnt even 2 years old)

so yeah, bmw is r not VERY reliable to say the least. Yet l would get a BMW over Saab (both new). handling on bmw is is superb.

But l would NOT get a 5er over 100km over a 9-3 with way less miles.

and i'm pretty sure the 525 is slower than the 9-3.

l have a 1984 325e bmw with over...300,000 miles on it. l have NO problem with it, does not smoke and great on gas. Give me a BMW any day.
